How Giftze works

Gifts that arrive without anyone sharing an address.

Giftze is for gifting

Giftze is a gifting and appreciation platform. Every gift is a product from a store, paid for through Giftze and delivered to the recipient. Giftze is not a payment, money-transfer or escrow service and must not be used to exchange money between people, for prostitution or solicitation, or for any illicit activity. Accounts used that way are closed and reported where the law requires.

The recipient's address and phone number stay private: the sender never sees them, and Giftze uses them only to deliver the gift.

Send a gift in minutes

  1. Step 1: Find a gift

    Browse stores and categories, from flowers to the latest gadgets, or open a wishlist someone shared with you.

  2. Step 2: Send to a name or a phone number

    Choose a person on Giftze, or enter their phone number or their Instagram, Snapchat or TikTok handle. They do not need an account yet, and you never need their address.

  3. Step 3: They confirm where it goes

    The recipient confirms where the gift should be delivered from the addresses they saved, or adds one before it ships. You never see their address.

  4. Step 4: Make a Wish and wishlists

    Add gifts from any store to a wishlist and share it. A friend opens the list, picks what to give and checks out; a gift that has been bought shows as gifted, so it is not bought twice.

  5. Step 5: Gift services

    Choose how it arrives: Standard delivery, Express where it is offered, or Giftze Premium with luxury presentation. Add your message. Every price is shown at checkout before you pay.

  6. Step 6: Pay securely

    Pay on Stripe's secure page. Card details are entered on Stripe, not on Giftze, and Apple Pay or Google Pay appear when your device supports them.

  7. Step 7: Earn loyalty points

    Members earn Giftze Rewards points for things like sending gifts to others, receiving a gift, creating a wishlist and adding wishes. The Rewards page in the app shows the current rules.

When someone sends you a gift we let you know, in the app, by message or by notification.

Choose where it goes

Pick one of your saved addresses, or add a new one, before the gift ships. The sender never sees it.

Once the gift has shipped or been delivered you can thank the person who sent it.

  1. Step 1: Enquire

    Tell us about your business and what you sell.

  2. Step 2: Review and agreement

    The partnerships team reviews your enquiry and agrees terms with you.

  3. Step 3: List your products

    Once you are onboarded, add products, photos and stock for review.

  4. Step 4: Fulfil and get paid

    Pack and dispatch orders. Payouts follow your agreement.
